摘　　要：快速康复外科是以循证医学为依据的最新护理理念。与传统的术后护理方案相比,ERAS护理方案的实施能够促进患者恢复、缩短住院时间、改善临床预后、提高医疗护理质量、减少医疗消耗。ERAS护理方案在胃肠道手术应用最为成功。本文综述了胃肠外科领域ERAS护理措施的研究进展。Enhanced recovery after surgery is a latest nursing concept based on medicine evidence.Compared to traditional postoperative care,the implementation of an enhanced recovery after surgery can accelerate recovery of patient,reduce the length of stay in hospital,improve the clinical outcomes,improve the quality of medical care,reduce the medical consumption.The protocol of enhanced recovery after surgery were applied in gastrointestinal surgery was the most successful.the nursing research progress of enhanced recovery after surgery on gastrointestinal surgery were reviewed in this paper.
