利福喷丁与利福平在肺结核治疗中的药效比较及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的研究利福喷丁与利福平在肺结核治疗中的药效与安全性。方法自我院2017年10月至2018年10月收治的肺结核患者中选取98例作为研究对象,按照随机双盲的方式将患者分为参照组与干预组,每组各49例,其中参照组患者接受利福平治疗,干预组患者则接受利福喷丁治疗,对比两种治疗方案的治疗效果与不良反应情况。结果干预组患者治疗有效率(95.92%)高于参照组(77.55%),不良反应率(4.08%)低于参照组(24.49%),差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论利福喷丁的效果远远优于利福平,且用药后的不良反应情况更低,疗效与安全性均理想,是一种理想的治疗药物。Objective to study the efficacy and safety of rifapentine and rifampicin in tuberculosis treatment.Methods Nineth-eight cases of tuberculosis patients admitted to the self-hospital between October 2017 and October 2018 were selected as the subjects,and the patients were divided into reference groups and intervention groups according to the random double-blind method,each group had 49 cases,of which the reference group received rifampicin treatment.Patients in the intervention group were treated with rifapentine,and the results and adverse reactions of the two treatments were compared.Results The treatment effective rate(95.92%)of the intervention group was higher than that of the reference group(77.55%),and the adverse reaction rate(4.08%)was lower than that of the reference group(24.49%).The difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rifapentine and rifampicin can have a certain effect in the treatment of tuberculosis,but the effect of rifapentine is far better than rifampicin,and the adverse reaction after drug use is lower,and the efficacy and safety are ideal.It is an ideal therapeutic drug.
