无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的研究疝气无张力修补术应用于腹股沟疝的治疗效果。方法选择2018年2月至2019年2月来我院进行治疗的腹股沟疝患者48例作为本文的观察组,另外选择同期来我院进行腹股沟疝治疗的48例患者作为对照组,分别对两组患者选择平片无张力疝修补术和疝环填充式无张力修补术进行治疗,评价治疗效果。结果观察组患者在治疗总有效率、并发症发生率方面的优势明显优于对照组,P<0.05;观察组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后疼痛、住院时间均短于对照组,P<0.05。结论临床对于腹股沟疝患者在进行治疗时通过平片无张力腹股沟疝修补术进行治疗可发挥理想的治疗效果。Objective To study the effect of tension-free hernia repair in the treatment of inguinal hernia.Methods Fourty-eight patients with inguinal hernia who came to our hospital for treatment from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the observation group in this article.In addition,48 patients who came to our hospital for inguinal hernia treatment during the same period were selected as the control group.Patients choose plain film tensionfree hernia repair and hernia ring-filled tension-free repair to evaluate the therapeutic effect.Results The observation group had a significantly better overall treatment efficiency and complication rate than the control group,P<0.05;the observation group had shorter operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative pain,and hospital stay than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The clinical treatment of inguinal hernia patients through plain film tension-free inguinal hernia repair can exert an ideal therapeutic effect.
