丁酸氢化可的松联合复方炉甘石洗剂治疗新生儿湿疹的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨丁酸氢化可的松联合复方炉甘石洗剂治疗新生儿湿疹的效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月在中国医科大学附属盛京医院大连医院儿科就诊的80例新生儿湿疹患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组采用常规丁酸氢化可的松治疗,试验组40例使用复方炉甘石洗剂联合丁酸氢化可的松治疗新生儿湿疹。跟踪记录两组患儿经治疗后血清中的炎性因子水平,并且统计临床疗效、不良反应发生率及复发率。结果经治疗后,试验组患儿血清中IL-4、IL-5水平要低于对照组。试验组患儿血清中的IL-2、IFN-γ水平要高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组临床总有效率相比较,试验组患儿高于对照组,且试验组患儿临床复发率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丁酸氢化可的松联合复方炉甘石洗剂可有效降低新生儿湿疹患者的炎症水平,降低不良反应发生率,改善临床症状,降低临床复发率。Objective To investigate the effect of hydrocortisone butyrate combined with compound calamine lotion in the treatment of neonatal eczema.Methods Eighty cases of neonatal eczema were randomly divided into experimental group and control group from January 2018 to January 2019.The control group was treated with conventional hydrocortisone butyrate and the experimental group was treated with compound calamine lotion combined with hydrocortisone butyrate.The levels of inflammatory factors in serum of the two groups after treatment were tracked and recorded,and the clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate were counted.Results After treatment,the serum levels of IL-4 and IL-5 in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group.The serum levels of IL-2 and IFN-γin the experimental group were higher than those in the control group with statistical significance(P<0.05);the total clinical effective rate of the experimental groups was higher than that of the control group,and the clinical recurrence rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hydrocortisone butyrate combined with compound calamine lotion can effectively reduce the level of inflammation,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,improve clinical symptoms and reduce the recurrence rate of neonatal eczema.
