甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗2型糖尿病的疗效

摘　　要：目的研究联合应用甘精胰岛素以及瑞格列奈对2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者进行治疗的效果。方法于我院T2DM患者中随机抽取90例,分为两组,对照组给予甘精胰岛素治疗,观察组给予甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗,对比两组患者血糖水平和不良反应。结果治疗后观察组FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c指标明显低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组低血糖发生率(2.22%)显著低于对照组(13.33%),差异显著(P<0.05),而两组头晕发生率比较(4.44%vs.2.22%)差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论治疗T2DM患者联合使用甘精胰岛素以及瑞格列奈治疗可有效提高疗效,控制血糖水平,且不增加不良反应。Objective To study the effect of combined application of insulin glargine and repaglinide on patients with type 2 diabetes(T2 DM).Methods Ninety patients with T2 DM were randomly selected from our hospital and divided into 2 groups.The control group was treated with insulin glargine,and the observation group was treated with insulin glargine and repaglinide.The blood glucose levels and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the FPG,2 hPG and HbAlc indicators of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05);the incidence of hypoglycemia in the observation group(2.22%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(13.33%),with significant difference(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the incidence of dizziness between the two groups(4.44%vs.2.22%)(P>0.05).Conclusion Combined use of insulin glargine and repaglinide in T2 DM patients can effectively improve the efficacy,control the level of blood sugar,and do not increase adverse reactions.
