两种采血方法进行血常规检验在临床中的应用比较

摘　　要：目的探讨两种采血方法应用在血常规检验当中的效果,以便为临床检验工作提供科学参考。方法本文所选择的调查对象均为2018年1月至2019年1月来我院进行身体检查的健康人,选择150例作为观察组,抽取静脉血进行血常规检验,另选择同期来我院进行身体检查的150例健康体检者为对照组,抽取末梢血进行血常规检验,评价并比较两种采血方法对血常规检验的应用价值。结果观察组血红蛋白计数、红细胞计数比对照组多,而白细胞技术和血小板计数比对照组少(P<0.05);与即刻检验比较,3 h内检测血红蛋白、红细胞、白细胞、血小板、中间细胞百分比差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),而3 h后检验,上述各项指标差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采集静脉血可作为血常规检测的主要采血方式,尽可能在3 h内完成相关的血液检验工作,可以有效提升整体检验的准确率。Objective To explore the effects of two blood sampling methods in blood routine tests,so as to provide scientific reference for clinical laboratory work.Methods The survey subjects selected in this article are all healthy people who came to our hospital for physical examination from January 2018 to January 2019.150 cases were selected as the observation group,venous blood was drawn for blood routine test,and the other selected to come to our hospital during the same period;the 150 healthy persons undergoing physical examination served as the control group,the peripheral blood was drawn for blood routine test;and the application value of the two blood sampling methods for routine blood test was evaluated and compared.Results The hemoglobin count and red blood cell count in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the white blood cell technique and platelet count were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);compared with the immediate test,the hemoglobin,red blood cells,white blood cells,platelets were detected within 3 hours there was no statistically significant difference in the percentage of intermediate cells(P>0.05),and the difference in the above indicators was statistically significant(P<0.05)when tested after 3 hours.Conclusion The collection of venous blood can be used as the main blood collection method for blood routine testing,and the relevant blood testing work should be completed within 3 hours as much as possible,which can effectively improve the accuracy of the overall test.
