摘　　要：目的总结我院对突发传染病疫情应急准备及管理,提高护理人员完成突发乙型脑炎疫情应急救治护理任务的能力。方法从医院年度突发传染病疫情应急工作管理、乙脑患者的临床护理等多方面,总结我院2018年9至10月间收治的31例乙脑病例护理应对经验。结果经过84 d的系统应对及周到护理,除3例气管切开患者保留切开出院外,其余患者均痊愈出院。护理工作得到患者、家属及社会的一致认可。结论每年规范对突发传染病疫情进行应急准备及管理,可以使护理人员沉着、冷静应对各类疫情的发生,有序完成应急救治护理任务,提高护理人员工作能力及整体护理质量,有效护理措施能够促进患者早日痊愈。Objective Summarize our hospital’s emergency preparation and management of sudden infectious disease epidemics,and improve the ability of nursing staff to complete emergency treatment and nursing tasks for sudden Japanese encephalitis epidemics.Methods From the hospital’s annual emergency management of sudden infectious diseases and clinical nursing of Japanese encephalitis patients,the nursing experience of 31 cases Japanese encephalitis admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to October 2018 was summarized.Results After 84 days of systematic response and thoughtful care,all patients were cured and discharged except 3 tracheotomy patients.Nursing work has been unanimously recognized by patients,their families and society.Conclusion Standardized emergency preparation and management of sudden infectious diseases every year can enable nursing staff to calmly and calmly deal with the occurrence of various epidemic situations,orderly complete emergency treatment and nursing tasks,improve nursing staff’s working ability and overall nursing quality,and effective nursing measures can promote the early recovery of patients.
