舒适护理干预对脑梗死卧床患者心理状态及满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的评价给予脑梗死恢复期卧床患者舒适护理干预对其心理状况、满意度的影响,以期为脑梗死卧床患者临床护理提供参考。方法选择我院2018年5月至2019年5月救治成功处于恢复期的脑梗死卧床患者86例,随机分为对照组(n=43)和舒适护理组(n=43)。对照组患者采取常规护理,舒适护理组患者应用舒适护理干预。对比两组患者心理状况评分及护理满意度、舒适度、压疮等并发症发生率。结果干预后,舒适护理组卧床脑梗死患者焦虑评分、抑郁评分、护理满意度、舒适度、压疮等并发症发生率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论给予卧床治疗的脑梗死患者舒适护理干预可在提高患者舒适度、安全性的基础上稳定患者心态,患者护理满意度高。Objective To evaluate the effect of comfort nursing intervention on the psychological status and satisfaction of bedridden patients during the recovery period of cerebral infarction,in order to provide reference for the clinical nursing of bedridden patients with cerebral infarction.Methods We selected our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 to treat 86 patients with cerebral infarction who were in the recovery phase and were randomly divided into control group(n=43)and comfort care group(n=43).Patients in the control group received routine care,and patients in the comfort care group received comfort care intervention.The psychological status scores and the incidence of complications,nursing satisfaction,comfort and bedsores were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the incidence of complications such as anxiety score,depression score,nursing satisfaction,comfort level,bedsores of patients with bedridden cerebral infarction in the comfort care group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfortable nursing interventions for patients with cerebral infarction who are treated in bed can stabilize the mentality of patients on the basis of improving the comfort and safety of patients,and the satisfaction of patient care is high.
