个性化护理在重症肺炎高热惊厥小儿护理中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的分析个性化护理在重症肺炎高热惊厥小儿护理中的应用效果。方法研究活动从我院2019年9月至2020年9月接诊的重症肺炎高热惊厥小儿中选80例。本活动实施通过随机抛硬币的方式将患儿分为两组,对照组和观察组均有40例。两组患儿治疗方法相同,对照组患儿接受常规性护理措施,观察组患儿在常规护理基础上展开个性化护理服务。对比不同护理措施取得的效果。结果观察组患儿惊厥消失时间、退热时间、住院时间及肺部体征消失时间均短于对照组,遵医行为有效率、护理满意度高于对照组,组间差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论重症肺炎高热惊厥患儿通过个性化护理服务干预具有科学可靠的应用价值。Objective To analyze the application effect of personalized nursing in children with severe pneumonia,fever and convulsion.Methods The research activities selected 80 children with severe pneumonia,high fever and convulsions in our hospital from September 2019 to September 2020.In this activity,the children were divided into two groups by random coin tossing.There were 40 cases in the control group and the observation group.The treatment methods of the two groups of children were the same.The children in the control group received routine nursing measures,and the children in the observation group carried out personalized nursing services on the basis of routine nursing.Compare the effects of different nursing measures.Results The disappearance time of convulsions,cooling time,hospital stay and disappearance of lung signs in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the effective rate of compliance behavior and nursing satisfaction were higher than those in the control group.The difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Personalized nursing service intervention in children with severe pneumonia and high fever convulsions has scientific and reliable application value and is worth recommending.
