摘　　要：目的了解主动脉内球囊反搏在急诊冠状动脉介入治疗中护理体会。方法选取我院2016年5月至2018年12月收治的70例主动脉内球囊反搏急诊冠状动脉介入患者,随机进行分组,常规组给予一般护理,综合组开展综合护理干预。比较两组护理满意度,主动脉内球囊反搏手术所需时间、住院时间,护理前后心功能指标以及心理情况,以及并发症发生情况。结果综合组护理满意度高于常规组(P<0.05);综合组左室射血分数高于常规组,SAS、SDS评分低于常规组(P<0.05);综合组主动脉内球囊反搏手术所需时间、住院时间均短于常规组(P<0.05);综合组并发症发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论针对主动脉内球囊反搏急诊冠状动脉介入患者实施综合护理干预的效果确切,有助于改善患者的心功能,提升患者的护理满意度。Objective To understand the nursing experience of intra-aortic balloon counterpulsation in emergency coronary interventional treatment.Methods A total of 70 patients undergoing emergency coronary intervention with intra-aortic balloon counterpulsation in our hospital from May 2016 to December 2018 were selected and randomly divided into groups.The conventional group was given general nursing care and the comprehensive group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.Comparing the two groups of nursing satisfaction,the time required for intra-aortic balloon counterpulsation,the length of hospital stay,the indicators of heart function and psychological conditions before and after nursing,and the occurrence of complications.Results The nursing satisfaction of the comprehensive group was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05);the left ventricular ejection fraction of the comprehensive group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the SAS and SDS scores were lower than those of the conventional group(P<0.05);the time required for intra-aortic balloon counterpulsation and hospital stay were shorter than those in the conventional group(P<0.05);the complication rate in the comprehensive group was lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of comprehensive nursing intervention for patients undergoing emergency coronary intervention with intra-aortic balloon counterpulsation is definite,which is helpful to improve the patient’s cardiac function and improve the patient’s nursing satisfaction.
