细节护理对手术室护理安全保障的作用评价及效果分析

摘　　要：目的观察手术室中细节护理的应用价值。方法研究对象为我院手术室患者,时间为2018年4月至2019年4月,例数为88例,根据抽签法分为观察组(44例)和对照组(44例)。观察组使用手术室细节护理,对照组使用常规护理,比较两组的安全护理质控评分、护理满意度、手术时间,术中紧急事件发生次数。结果观察组安全护理质控评分、满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组骨科手术时间、腹腔镜手术时间均短于对照组,术中紧急事件发生次数低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在手术室护理中实施细节护理能够显著提升护理满意度,缩短手术时间,降低术中紧急事件发生次数,增加安全护理质控评分,效果显著。Objective To observe the application value of detail nursing in operating room.Methods The subjects of the study were patients in the operating room of our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019,with 88 cases.According to the lottery method,the patients were divided into observation group(44 cases)and control group(44 cases).The observation group received detailed nursing care in the operating room,while the control group received routine nursing care.The safety nursing quality control score,nursing satisfaction,operation time,and number of intraoperative emergencies of the two groups were compared.Results The observation group safety nursing quality control score,satisfaction were higher than the control group(P<0.05);the observation group orthopedic operation time,laparoscopic operation time were shorter than the control group,the number of intraoperative emergency was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of detailed nursing in the operating room can significantly improve nursing satisfaction,shorten the operation time,reduce the number of intraoperative emergencies,increase the safety of nursing quality control score,significant effect,clinical application and promotion value is very high.
