链式流程护理管理在急诊冠状动脉介入术的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探析链式流程护理管理在急诊冠状动脉介入术的临床效果。方法选取我院患者81例作为研究对象,按照入院先后顺序分为观察组、对照组,对比链式流程护理管理实施前后的临床效果。结果观察组在护理技能、专科护理、护理记录、环境设施、前期准备等方面的评估分值均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的病情预警时间、确诊时间、抢救时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的不良事件发生率低于对照组,满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将链式流程护理管理应用于急诊冠状动脉介入术中的效果显著,可提升护理质量及患者满意度。Objective To explore the clinical effect of chain process nursing management in emergency coronary artery bypass surgery.Methods Eighty-one cases of patients in our hospital were selected as research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the order of admission,and the clinical effects before and after the implementation of chaining process nursing management were compared.Results The evaluation scores of nursing skills,specialist nursing,nursing records,environmental facilities and pre-preparation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the early warning time,diagnosis time and rescue time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the satisfaction rate was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of chain flow nursing management in emergency coronary artery surgery has a significant effect,improving the quality of nursing and patient satisfaction.
