摘 要:为明确甜菜叶片不同形态硼含量及叶片光合参数的关系,以甜菜品种BETA165、KWS1197、KWS5145和KWS0143为供试材料进行水培研究,对不同甜菜品种叶片不同形态硼含量以及光合参数等指标进行测定。结果表明,甜菜品种BETA165自由态硼及束缚态硼含量相对较高,分别为75.44μg/g、30.49μg/g;KWS5145品种的叶片半束缚态硼含量相对最高,可达34.66μg/g;BETA165品种叶片净光合速率、叶片蒸騰速率最高分別为34.25μumol/(m^(2)·s)、3.42 mmol/(m^(2).s);KWS1197品种叶片净光合速率、气孔导度相对较高分别为27.53μmol/(m^(2)·s)、88.53 mmol/(m^(2)·s);KWS0143品种叶片净光合速率相对最低。根据皮尔逊相关性结果可得,净光合速率与自由态硼,蒸腾速率与束缚态硼呈正相关关系,综上所述,硼形态对不同光合性能参数有促进作用,为指导硼肥施用提供理论依据。In order to clarify the relationship between different forms of boron content in sugar beet leaves and leaf photosynthetic parameters,beet varieties BETA165,KWS1197,KWS5145 and KWS0143 were used as test materials for hydroponic research,and the different forms of boron content in leaves of different sugar beet varieties and photosynthetic parameters were determined.The results showed that the content of free boron and bound boron in sugar beet variety BETA165 were relatively high,75.44μg/g and 30.49μg/g,respectively;the semi-bound boron content of KWS5145 leaves was relatively highest,reaching 34.66μg/g;BETA165 The highest net photosynthetic rate and leaf transpiration rate of the variety were 34.25μmo/(m^(2)·s)and 3.42 mmol/(m^(2)·s)respectively;the net photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance of KWS1197 were relatively high,respectively,27.53μmol/(m^(2)·s),88.53 mmol/(m^(2)·s);the net photosynthetic rate of KWS0143 leaves is relatively lowest.According to the Pearson correlation results,the net photosynthetic rate is positively correlated with free boron,and the transpiration rate is positively correlated with bound boron.In summary,different forms of boron can promote photosynthetic rate and provide a theoretical basis for guiding the application of boron fertilizer.
