摘 要:分析磷酸二氢铵对低温胁迫下甜菜子叶幼苗抗逆生理指标的影响,探讨磷酸二氢铵对子叶期甜菜幼苗低温胁迫的缓解效果。该实验以甜菜品种KWS1176为材料,采用室内土培方式,设置了4个磷酸二氢铵种肥处理水平(分别为0g、0.25g、0.5g、1 g/盆),子叶期幼苗在-4℃处理3h后,研究了甜菜幼苗的干鲜重、丙二醛(MDA)含量、相对电导率(REC)、抗氧化酶活性以及渗透调节物质含量等指标的变化情况。试验结果表明:低温胁迫下,施加不同水平的磷酸二氢铵,甜菜子叶期幼苗的低温冻死率与干鲜重有显著差异。同时,磷酸二氢铵种肥处理的丙二醛(MDA)含量和相对电导率较未施磷酸二氢按种肥相比显著降低,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)抗氧化酶活性以及脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量均有所降低,但可溶性蛋白含量逐渐增加。施磷酸二氢铵能提高甜菜幼苗的抗寒性,且随着用量增加,缓解幼苗冷害更有效。The effects of ammonium dihydrogen phosphate on the stress resistance physiological indexes of sugar beet cotyledon seedlings under low temperature stress were analyzed to explore the effect of ammonium dihydrogen phosphate on the low temperature stress of sugar beet seedlings at cotyledon stage.The experiment in sugar beet varieties KWS1176 for material,adopts the way of indoor soil culture,set up four ammonium dihydrogen phosphate seed manure treatment(respectively 0 g,0.25 g and0.5 g,1 g/basin),cotyledon stage of seedling after 3 h-4℃processing,studies the dry fresh weight,sugar beet seedlings malondialdehyde(MDA)content,relative electric conductivity(REC)and antioxidant enzymes activity and osmotic regulation substances content such as changes of the indicators.The results showed that there was a significant difference between the freezingdeath rate and the dry-fresh weight of the seedlings at the cotyledon stage of beet under low temperature stress with different levels of ammonium dihydrogen phosphate.At the same time,amrnonium dihydrogen phos-phate seed manure treatment of malondialdehyde(MDA)content and relative conductivity less than dihydrogen phosphate by seed manure significantly reduced,superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD)and ascorbic acid peroxidase(APX)activity of antioxidant enzymes and the content of proline and soluble sugar were lower,but the soluble protein content increased gradually.Ammonium dihydrogen phosphate can improve the cold resist-ance of beet seedlings,and with the increase of dosage,it is more effctive to alleviate the chilling injury of the seedlings.
