摘  要:通过建立联合作战指挥信息系统能力评估的指标体系,在数据无量纲处理的基础上对指挥控制系统、侦察情报系统、预警探测系统、通信传输系统、信息对抗系统和综合保障系统各下级指标进行了指标重要性排序,采用基于主观AHP法和客观CRITIC法的组合赋权方式确定指标体系权重,而后运用TOPSIS法建立模型对联合作战指挥信息系统进行评估排序。实例验证了方法的适应性和有效性。By establishing an index system for evaluating the capability of joint operations command information system,the paper calculates and sorts the importance of subordinate indicators of command and control system,reconnaissance and intelligence system,early warning and detection system,communication transmission system,information confrontation system and integrated support system on the basis of dimensionless data processing.The subjective and objective combination weighting method based on AHP method and CRITIC method is used to determine the weight of index system,and then the TOPSIS method is used to establish a model to evaluate and rank the joint operations command information system.The applicability and effectiveness of the method are verified by an example.
