摘  要:受信仪是检测负载位置的精密机构,其机械传动系统采用弹簧消隙小模数齿轮传动的形式。文中通过分析影响受信仪齿轮传动链空程误差的因素,结合双片齿轮弹簧消隙的特点,推导出一种运用概率统计的概念计算空程误差的方法,并通过工程实例验证其准确性和可使用性。The receiver is a precise mechanism for detecting the position of load,its mechanical transmission system adopts the form of spring anti-backlash small module gear transmission.Based on the analysis of the factors affecting the return difference of the gear transmission chain of a receiver and the characteristics of spring anti-backlash for the double gear,a method of calculat⁃ing the return difference by using the concept of probability and statistics is deduced,and its accuracy and usability are verified by an engineering example.
