摘  要:为了抑制大尺寸矩形截面超声变幅杆的横向振动并将其纵振谐振频率修正到系统工作频率附近,提出了一种矩形截面变幅杆的优化设计方法。采用三种代理模型方法(多项式响应面、克里金、支持向量回归)分别构建了根据矩形截面变幅杆的窄缝结构参数预测变幅杆纵振谐振频率的代理模型。评价了三种代理模型的精度,采用精度较高的模型结合遗传算法对变幅杆上窄缝的结构参数进行了优化设计。仿真实验结果表明:优化后,变幅杆的纵振谐振频率仅偏离系统工作频率9Hz,且变幅杆的横向振动得到了抑制。In order to correct the longitudinal resonance frequency of the horn to the system operating frequency by restraining the transverse vibration of large size ultrasonic horn with rectangular section,an optimal design method of the rectangular section horn is proposed.Three surrogate models,Polynomial Response Surface,Kriging and Support Vector Regression are employed to predict the longitudinal resonance frequency of the horn according to the dimension parameters of the narrow gaps on the horn.The accuracy of the surrogate models are compared.Based on genetic algorithm and the model with the higher accuracy,the optimization of the dimension parameters of the narrow gaps is investigated.The simulation result shows that the longitudinal resonance frequency of the horn is only 9Hz away from the system operating frequency and the transverse vibration of the horn is restrained.
