摘　　要：肉牛产业是我国畜牧业和肉类生产的重要组成部分。中国牛肉产量位居世界第三,且随着中国经济的快速发展,牛肉消费随着人均国内生产总值的增加而增加,但中国国内的肉牛产业未能跟上消费增长,使中国成为其他国家牛肉的净进口国。此外,尽管需求不断增长,但产量几乎没有增长。近年来,牛肉生产增速放缓,导致牛肉价格大幅上涨。国内牛肉生产和消费受到肉牛库存不足的制约。中国肉牛产业面临着许多技术问题,包括传统养殖的转变、饲养和管理制度、牛品种的遗传改良等。中国肉牛产业的长期、可持续发展是中国面临的重要课题。Beef cattle industry is an important part of animal husbandry and meat production in China.China’s beef production ranks third in the world,and with the rapid development of China’s economy,beef consumption is increasing with the increase of per capita GDP.However,China’s domestic beef industry has failed to keep up with rising consumption,making the country a net importer of beef to other countries.Moreover,despite rising demand,output has barely grown.In recent years,slowing growth in beef production has led to a sharp rise in beef prices.Domestic beef production and consumption are constrained by the shortage of beef cattle.China’s beef industry faces many technical problems,including the transformation of traditional breeding,breeding and management systems,and genetic improvement of cattle breeds.The longterm and sustainable development of China’s beef industry is an important issue facing China.
