摘 要:在对比分析湿法棒磨机制砂、天然砂及干法机制砂特性的基础上,研究湿法砂混凝土与天然砂混凝土、干法砂混凝土在工作性能、力学性能及抗氯离子渗透性能方面的差异。结果表明:在配合比和坍落度相近条件下,湿法砂混凝土的力学性能和干法砂混凝土相近,28 d抗压强度高于天然砂混凝土,但其工作性能和抗氯离子渗透性能较干法砂混凝土和天然砂混凝土差,可通过适当降低水胶比、增加胶凝材料和减水剂掺量的方式改善湿法砂混凝土的性能。Based on a comparative analysis of the characteristics of wet-rod grinding manufactured sand,natural sand and dry-process sand,the differences among wet-process sand concrete,natural sand concrete and dry-process sand concrete in workability,mechanical performance and chloride ion penetration resistance were studied.The results show that under similar conditions of mix proportion and slump,the mechanical property of wet-processed sand concrete is similar to that of dry-processed sand concrete,and the compressive strength at 28 days is higher than that of natural sand concrete,but its workability and chloride ion penetration resistance are worse than those of dry sand concrete and natural sand concrete.However,the performance of wet-process sand concrete can be improved by appropriately reducing the water-binder ratio and increasing the amount of cementitious material and the content of superplasticizer.
