摘  要:采用改性水玻璃对粉煤灰、粒化高炉矿渣等大宗工业固体废弃物进行化学激发,制备了新型低碳、高强、低收缩的粉煤灰基地质聚合物注浆材料。结果表明:随粒化高炉矿渣掺量增加,粉煤灰基地质聚合物注浆材料的抗压强度大幅度提高,干燥收缩显著减小;改性水玻璃中Na2O含量主要控制其对硅铝质原料的激发能力,优选改性水玻璃中Na2O含量为9.0%。而水玻璃模数主要控制早期地质聚合反应过程,优选改性水玻璃模数为1.2。经G-9-12-30型地质聚合物注浆材料加固处理4年后,试验段路面的代表弯沉值降低50.2%,路面强度系数提升106.2%。Industrial solid wastes such as fly ash(FA)and slag(GBFS)were chosen as main raw materials.Under the activation of modified water glass,those industrial solid wastes finally turned into FA-based geopolymer grouting materials with low carbon,high strength,low shrinkage and other advantages.Results show that the compressive strength of FA-based geopolymer grouting material is greatly increased with the increase of GBFS dosage,and the drying shrinkage of the FA-based geopolymer grouting material is obviously decreased with the increase of GBFS dosage.The Na2O content in modified water glass controls the exciting ability of FA and GBFS,the optimum Na2O content is 9.0%.The modulus(Ms)mainly controls the early polymerization process,the optimum modulus of water glass is 1.2.After grouting with G-9-12-30 geopolymer for 4 years,the deflection value drops by 50.2%,and the structure strength index increases by 106.2%.
