摘 要:采用聚辛烯与石墨烯对橡胶沥青进行复合改性,以改善橡胶沥青的粘韧性、弹性恢复性能与抗永久变形性能。测试了复合改性沥青的粘韧性和粘弹特性,优化了聚辛烯和石墨烯的掺配比例。基于室内试验验证了聚辛烯与石墨烯复合改性橡胶沥青在排水性沥青混合料中的适用性。结果表明,复合掺加聚辛烯与石墨烯可显著提高橡胶沥青的黏度、软化点、稠度、粘韧性、弹性恢复和抗永久变形性能,提高橡胶粉(RP)改性沥青的热贮存稳定性;1.0%聚辛烯+1.6%石墨烯+22%RP、1.5%聚辛烯+1.2%石墨烯+22%RP两种改性OGFC-13混合料具有优异的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性和抗疲劳性能。Polyoctene and graphene are used to modify the rubber asphalt to improve its viscosity and toughness,elastic recovery performance and permanent deformation resistance.The viscosity and viscoelastic properties of the composite modified asphalt were tested and the blending ratio of polyoctene and graphene was optimized.Based on laboratory tests,the suitability of polyoctene and graphene composite modified rubber asphalt in drainage asphalt mixture was verified.The results show that the addition of polyoctene and graphene compound modifier can significantly increase the viscosity,softening point,consistency,toughness,elastic recovery performance and permanent deformation resistance performance,as well as increase the heat storage stability of the rubber powder modified asphalt.Both modified OGFC-13 mixtures(1.0%polyoctene+1.6%graphene+22%RP,1.5%polyoctene+1.2%graphene+22%RP)have excellent high temperature stability,low temperature crack resistance and anti-fatigue performance.
