摘 要:对普通木丝水泥板、定向木丝水泥板和增强型木丝水泥板进行4点弯曲试验,研究表明:相比于普通木丝水泥板,定向木丝水泥板由于木丝方向基本一致,铺层间性能下降明显,导致其整体抗弯性能未见提高;直接采用网格布增强时,网格布的位置对其抗变性能影响较大。网格布布置于木丝水泥板表面时,弯曲性能提升幅度最大,可达30%,但纤维增强效果仍未能充分发挥;采用浸胶网格布增强时效果最好,普通木丝水泥板和定向木丝板经增强后,较未增强前极限荷载分别提高了42%和84%。Four-point bending tests were carried out on ordinary wood-wool cement board(WWCB),oriented wood-wool ce-ment board(OWWCB)and reinforced wood-wool cement board.The results showed that:compared with ordinary WWCB,the bending performance of OWWCB was basically the same.The interfaces between wood-wool layers were obviously decreased,so the overall bending performance of OWWCB had not been improved.When glass fiber grid was directly used for reinforcement,the position of grid had significantly influence on its bending performance.When they were placed on the surface of the WWC Beams,the performance improvement was the largest,up to 30%,while the fiber reinforcement effect was still not fully exerted.Finally,the effect was the best when using the impregnated fiber grid,and the ultimate load of the WWCB and OWWCB had been increased by 42%and 84%respectively,compared with that before reinforcement.
