长三角一体化战略下南通产业发展定位研究——基于偏离份额分析法

摘　　要：在长三角一体化战略下,南通产业发展定位必须通过政府“看得见的手”,让市场“看不见的手”得到充分施展,让资源真正由市场决定得到最优配置。文章首先运用偏离份额分析法,阐述了南通三次产业结构的现状,以及需要调整和优化的策略;其次,借助空间引力模型公式,测算出长三角区城城市空间引力结果排序;最后,运用产业经济学理论,揭示了南通产业发展定位在长三角一体化战略下,要实行“融合”发展和“错位”发展双向推进。At present,the integration development of the Yangtze River Delta has pressed the " fast forward key". Nantong is at the forefront of the Yangtze River Delta,which has the unique advantages of connecting the river,the sea and Shanghai. Under the Yangtze River Delta integration strategy,Nantong industrial development orientation must be based on the visible hand of the government,so that the invisible hand of the market function can be fully exerted,and resources can be truly determined by the market to get the optimal allocation. By using share-shift analysis,this paper expounds the current situation of industrial structures in Nantong and the strategies that need to be adjusted and optimized. With the help of the formula of Spatial Gravity model,the order of urban spatial gravity results in the Yangtze River Delta is calculated. Based on the theory of industrial economics,this paper points out that Nantong industrial development should be carried out in a two-way promotion of " integrated" development and " misplaced" development under the Yangtze River Delta integration strategy.
