摘  要:通过对郑州市陈三桥污水处理厂持续16个月的运行数据监测与分析,考察改良了UCT工艺处理城市污水的实际效果。结果表明:改良UCT工艺运行效果稳定,有较好的抗冲击负荷能力,运行工况调整灵活;监测期间BOD5、CODcr、TN、NH3-N、TP和SS的去除率分别达到97.84%、95.56%、73.87%、98.77%、95.90%、98.03%。在上述基础上对处理工艺增设初沉池、精准曝气系统等优化设计进行了分析与探讨,并提出采用改良UCT+深度处理工艺将排水水质提高到地表准Ⅲ类水质的相应对策,可为今后同类型污水处理厂的优化设计和运行管理提供参考。Having been monitored and analyzd the operation data of Chensanqiao sewage treatment plant in Zhengzhou for 16 months,the actual effect of improved UCT process on treating municipal sewage was investigated.The results show that the operation effect is stable,the impact resistance capability is better,the operation condition adjustment is flexible.During the monitoring period,the removal rates of pollutants BDO5,CODcr,TN,NH3-N,TP and SS reached 97.84%,95.56%,73.87%,98.77%,95.90%and 98.03%respectively.Additional Primary Settling tank,precision aeration system and other optimization measures are discussed.That the process,the improved UCT process+advanced treatment process,is proposed to improve the drainage quality to the surface water level III.The study is valuable to operation management and design of the similar sewage plants.
