摘　　要：目的:构建慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)个案管理师准入标准体系。方法:在文献分析法和小组讨论的基础上,采用德尔菲专家函询法确定COPD个案管理师准入标准体系,应用层次分析法确定各指标的权重。结果:共进行了2轮专家函询,2轮专家积极系数均为100%,权威系数分别为0.882,0.890,Kendall′s W系数分别为0.462,0.435(均P<0.01)。最终形成的COPD个案管理师准入标准体系包括4一级指标、14个二级指标、43个三级指标。结论:构建的COPD个案管理师准入标准体系内容系统、全面,可以为COPD个案管理师的筛选提供科学依据。Objective:To construct the Admittance Standard System of COPD Case Manager.Methods:Admittance Standard System of COPD Case Manager was formed through literature analysis and group discussion and Delphi method.The weight of each indicator were determined by using the analytic hierarchy process.Results:Two rounds of expert consultations were conducted.The positive coefficients of experts in the two rounds of consultations were all 100.00%.The authority coefficients of experts were 0.882 and 0.890,respectively.The values of Kendall's W were 0.462 and 0.435,respectively(all P<0.01).The final Admittance Standard System of COPD Case Manager included 4 first⁃level indicators,14 second⁃level indicators and 43 third⁃level indicators.Conclusion:The established Admittance Standard System of COPD Case Manager was systematic and comprehensive,which could provide a scientific basis for the selection of COPD case managers.
