摘  要:为达到提产增效的目的,某矿业公司通过对旋流器进料体结构进行改造,来提高本级旋流器分级质效率,使一二次旋流器循环负荷转移,并完成了阶段性技改试验。通过对10000 t选厂二系列(试验组)与一系列(对照组)对比试验表明,改造后的二系列系统循环负荷降低了110%~150%,系统分级质效率提高了6%。该技术改造为现场带来了至少200 t/d的产能提升,且仍具有继续提升的空间。In order to increase the productivity of a mining company,the feeder structure of the cyclone was reformed,so as to enhance the classification quality efficiency of the cyclone at the level,and make the cyclic load of the first and the secondary cyclone transfer.And then,the stage technical reform test completed.The comparative test between the second series(test group)and the first series(comparative group)in 10000 t concentrator showed:the reformed second series decreased by 110%~150%in cyclic load,the classification quality efficiency enhanced by 6%.The technical reform had brought about at least 200 t/d increase in productivity on site,and there was still room for further improvement.
