摘 要:研究愈合期不同光照强度对黄瓜嫁接苗定植前质量的影响,旨在为黄瓜嫁接愈合光照的精确化调控提供参考依据。试验将嫁接愈合分为1~3 d、4~6 d、7~10 d 3个时段,分别给予6种不同光照强度梯度处理。结果表明,愈合期在45-90-135μmol·m^-2·s^-1的光照强度梯度下嫁接苗地上部与地下部形态生长显著提升,形态综合指标最佳,较传统愈合条件(0-30-45μmol·m^-2·s^-1)下可溶性糖与可溶性蛋白含量分别提升了65.87%、15.85%,叶绿素荧光参数也表现最优。综合分析表明,45-90-135μmol·m^-2·s^-1的光照强度梯度最有利于黄瓜嫁接苗生长,最有利于嫁接苗可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白的积累,且叶片的光合电子传递效率、光合效率和自我保护调节机制较好,可作为黄瓜嫁接愈合期的光照强度条件,这为提升黄瓜嫁接苗的商品质量提供了一些理论依据。In order to provide a reference basis for the precise regulation of cucumber grafting healing light,the effect of different light intensity on the quality of cucumber grafting seedlings before transplanting during the healing period was studied.Graft healing period was divided into 1-3 d,4-6 d,7-10 d three stages in this research,6 different light intensities were set.The results showed that the morphological growth of aboveground and underground parts of the grafting seedling was significantly improved under the treatment of 45-90-135μmol·m^-2·s^-1 light intensity,the best comprehensive index was found of which,the soluble sugar and soluble protein contents were increased by 65.87%and 15.85%respectively compared to traditional healing conditions(0-30-45μmol·m^-2·s^-1),and the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of which was batter than other treatments.In summary,45-90-135μmol·m^-2·s^-1 light intensity was the most suitable light for the growth of cucumber grafting seedling,which was most conducive to the accumulation of soluble sugar and soluble protein in grafted seedlings,and the photosynthetic electron transfer efficiency,photosynthetic efficiency and self-protection regulation mechanism of leaves were better,which could be used as a condition of light intensity in the healing period of grafted cucumber,and provide some theoretical basis for improving the quality of cucumber grafting seedlings.
