摘　　要：目的观察研究加味桃核承气汤联合艾灸治疗老年骨折术后腹胀的效果。方法选取本院2017年1月—2018年11月接受的46例老年骨折术后腹胀患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组与观察组,各23例。对照组采用开塞露纳肛进行治疗,观察组采用加味桃核承气汤联合艾灸进行治疗,观察两组疗效和临床症状改善时间。结果观察组的治疗总有效率相较于对照组更佳,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在老年骨折术后腹胀治疗中采用加味核桃承气汤联合艾灸治疗能够有效改善患者腹胀症状,促进治疗效果。Objective To observe the effect of modified Taohe Chengqi decoction combined with moxibustion on abdominal distention after operation of fracture in the elderly.Methods From January 2017 to November 2018,46 elderly patients with abdominal distention and constipation after fracture operation were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 23 cases in each group.The control group was treated with glycerine enema admitted to anus,the observation group was treated with modified Taohe Chengqi decoction combined with moxibustion,and the curative effect and clinical symptom improvement time of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The modified modified Taohe Chengqi decoction combined with moxibustion can effectively improve the symptoms of constipation and abdominal distension in elderly patients after fracture surgery,and promote the therapeutic effect.
