队列调查哺乳期复工护士焦虑抑郁状况与哺乳方式的相关性

摘　　要：目的:探讨队列调查哺乳期复工护士焦虑抑郁状况对哺乳方式的影响。方法:选取2017年10月至2018年5月深圳福田区区属两家综合医院产假复工护士150例作为研究对象,分别调查护士在产假复工一周(T1)、一个月(T2)、三个月(T3)、六个月(T4)后的焦虑和抑郁程度以及哺乳方式,分析哺乳期复工护士不同时期的心理健康状态和影响哺乳方式选择的相关因素。结果:复工护士T1、T2、T3、T4时期心理SAS、SDS评分逐渐降低,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);母乳喂养率逐渐降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);通过Logistic回归分析,得出生产方式、婴儿哭闹、婴儿进食是影响产妇哺乳方式的相关因素。结论:护士复工后,随着时间的推移,护士的焦虑抑郁程度逐渐降低,母乳喂养率逐渐降低,生产方式、婴儿哭闹、婴儿进食是影响产妇哺乳方式的相关因素。Objective:To explore the effect of anxiety and depression on nursing mode among nursing rehabilitation nurses in a cohort survey.Methods:150 nurses returning to work in breast-feeding period in two general hospitals in Futian district of Shenzhen from October 2017 to May 2018 were selected as the study subjects.The anxiety and depression levels and breast-feeding patterns of nurses after one week(T1),one month(T2),three months(T3)and six months(T4)of maternity leave were investigated,and the mental health status of nurses returning to work during breast-feeding period in different periods and the related factors affecting the choice of breast-feeding patterns were analyzed.Results:Psychological scores of SAS and SDS of the nurses returning to work were decreased gradually during T1,T2,T3 and T4,and there was statistical difference between them(P<0.05).The breast-feeding rate was gradually decreased with statistical significance(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that the mode of delivery,the crying of infants and the feeding of infants were the related factors affecting breast-feeding patterns of delivery women.Conclusion:After the nurse return to work,the degrees of anxiety and depression of nurses gradually decrease over the time,and the delivery mode,crying of infants and feeding of infants are the related factors affecting the breast-feeding patterns of delivery women.
