水胶体敷料在碘海醇外渗中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察水胶体敷料康惠尔透明贴在碘海醇外渗中的应用效果。方法:选择我院2017年5月至2019年3月70例碘海醇外渗的患者作为研究对象,随机分成观察组和对照组各35例,观察组采用外贴水胶体敷料康惠尔透明贴的方法,对照组采用50%硫酸镁湿敷的方法,分别在治疗后24 h、48 h、72 h评价两种治疗方法的疗效,比较两种治疗方法不同时间段的治疗效果。结果:治疗24 h内,观察组治愈例数明显高于对照组,且观察组在治疗48 h内,35例患者均痊愈;不同时间段两组治愈例数比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组治愈所需的时间短于对照组。结论:水胶体敷料康惠尔透明贴用于碘海醇外渗的疗效优于50%硫酸镁湿敷的疗效,具有取材方便、操作简便、舒适性高、治疗时间短等优点,患者容易接受。Objective:To observe the application effect of Comfeel transparent hydrocolloid dressing in the exosmosis of iohexol.Methods:A total of 70 patients underwent the exosmosis of iohexol in the First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical University from May 2017 to March 2019 were chosen as research objects,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,35 cases each.The observation group were treated by Comfeel transparent hydrocolloid dressing nursing method,and the control group were given routine 50%magnesium sulfate partial external application,respectively.The clinical efficacy of the two methods were evaluated at 24 h,48 h and 72 h after treatment,in order to compare the therapeutic effect of different time periods.Results:In 24 h after treatment,the number of cured cases in observation group was significantly more than that in control group.In 48h after treatment,the 35 cases in observation group were all fully recovered.There was statistically significant difference(P<0.05)in the number of cured cases between the two groups during different time periods,the treatment time needed for observation group was shorter than that of the control group.Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of Comfeel transparent hydrocolloid dressing for iodiol exosmosis is better than that of 50%magnesium sulfate partial external application.After all,in view of the advantages of more convenient materials,simpler operation,higher comfort level and shorter treatment time,hydrocolloid dressing is easier to be accepted by patients and worthy of clinical application.
