摘　　要：糖尿病近年来发病率一直呈上升趋势,给个人、家庭、社会带来沉重经济负担,严重影响患者身心健康及生活质量。早期干预糖尿病前期人群是抑制糖尿病上升趋势的重要手段。干预方法包括西医药物干预、手术干预、中医干预、心理干预、护理干预、社区自我管理干预、患病风险因子筛查干预等。近年来,国内外关于糖尿病前期人群的干预研究众多,了解不同人群的干预方法及干预效果对于糖尿病的防制十分重要,本文综述糖尿病前期人群的干预研究,旨在为一级预防提供新思路。The incidence of diabetes has been on the rise in recently years,which brings heavy economic burden to individuals,families and society,and it seriously affects the patients about their physical and mental health and quality of life.Early intervention of pre-diabetes population is an important means to inhibit the rising trend of diabetes.The intervention methods include western medicine intervention,surgical intervention,traditional chinese medicine intervention,psychological intervention,nursing intervention,community self-management intervention,disease risk factor screening intervention and so on.In recently years,there are a lot of intervention researches on pre-diabetes population at home and abroad.it is very important to understand the intervention methods and effects of different populations for the prevention and control of diabetes.This review reviews the intervention research on pre-diabetes population,in order to provide new ideas for primary prevention.
