影响农民工就业适应性相关因素分析

摘　　要：农民工就业适应性事关经济发展、社会和谐和民生稳定问题。通过实证数据分析经济、政治、文化、心理与农民工就业适应的相关性,基于人口学特征探讨不同群体农民工就业适应的差异性,以及影响农民工就业适应性的相关因素,可以看出:文化因素、心理因素与农民工就业适应能力呈显著正相关;农民工就业适应能力与配偶相处的时间、子女数、务工年限具有显著差异。农民工适应性较差,与政治、经济、文化、心理方面的满意度不高有直接的关系。The employment adaptability of rural migrant workers has some relationship with economic development,social harmony,and people’s livelihood stability.Through empirical data,this thesis analyzes the correlation between the employment adaptability of rural migrant workers and economy,politics,culture,and psychology,and discusses the difference of employment adaptation in different groups of migrant workers from the view of demographic characteristics,and factors that affect the employment adaptability of rural migrant workers.The result of research shows that:cultural and psychological factors have significant positive correlation with the employment adaptability of rural migrant workers;the time spent with one’s spouse,the number of children,and the number of working years,these factors also have significant influence in the employment adaptability of migrant workers.When rural migrant workers have poor employment adaptability,it often has direct relationship with low degree of satisfaction in political,economic,cultural,and psychological aspects.
