摘　　要：目的探讨氯沙坦对心功能正常的非梗阻性肥厚型心肌病(NOHCM)患者心肌肥厚程度的影响。方法根据有无使用氯沙坦,将41例心功能正常的NOHCM患者分为试验组(使用氯沙坦药物治疗)20例和对照组(未使用氯沙坦药物治疗)21例,记录两组患者治疗前后心脏QRS波振幅等并进行比较。结果试验组和对照组患者治疗前一般资料、心脏超声检查结果及心电图参数比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组和对照组患者治疗前后比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组患者治疗前后心率、QRS波宽度、校正的QT间期(QTc)及各导联QRS波振幅比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组患者治疗后Ⅰ、Ⅱ、aVF导联QRS波振幅均高于治疗前(P<0.05),而对照组患者治疗前后其余心电图参数比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论氯沙坦一定程度上可抑制或减缓NOHCM患者心肌肥厚程度的进展,改善心肌重塑。Objective To explore the effect of losartan on degree of myocardial hypertrophy in patients with non⁃obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy(NOHCM).Methods According to use of losartan or not,41 NOHCM patients with normal heart function were divided into experimental group(treated with losartan,20 cases)and control group(not treated with losartan,21 cases)were recorded and compared before and after treatment between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences of general data,echocardiographic results and electrocardiogram parameters between experimental group and control group before treatment(P>0.05).There were no significant differences of before and after treatment in experimental group and control group(P>0.05).There were no significant differences of heart rate,QRS wave width,corrected QT interval(QTc)and QRS wave amplitude of each lead before and after treatment in the experimental group(P>0.05).QRS wave amplitudes ofⅠ,Ⅱ,aVF lead after treatment were all higher than those before treatment in patients of control group(P<0.05),while other electrocardiogram parameters before and after treatment were not significantly different in control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Losartan may inhibit or slow down the progression of myocardial hypertrophy in patients with NOHCM to some extent and improve myocardial remodeling.
