摘　　要：本文介绍了2015年以来英国新型研发机构建设的背景和整体发展状况,剖析了英国6家国家级新型研发机构的创建主体、机构身份、组织形态、治理架构以及业务运行。在此基础上,讨论了近期英国新型研发机构在建设宗旨、建设方向、建设步伐、建设组织以及建设模式方面表现出来的一些特征,并提出了我国新型研发机构建设中需要思考的关注点。This paper introduces the background and overall development of new R&D institutions in the UK since 2015,and deeply analyzes the founders,institutional identity,organizational form,governance and operation of six national R&D institutions in the UK.On this basis,this paper discusses new characteristics implied in these institutions’vision,priority selection,pace of development,organizational framework and operational pattern,and puts forward the concerns in the development of new R&D institutions in China.
