摘  要:在检修EBA阀门的过程中,发现阀门反向电压超过驱动板卡的安全电压,从而导致板卡失灵,烧毁控制板卡,严重影响机组的安全运行。本文将针对本问题进行阐述分析并提出解决方式和优化方案,通过现场的试验找到问题的根源,找到优化控制方案方法与解决问题的方式,从而避免此类问题继续出现,影响核安全,同时为大家在遇到此类问题时提供一种解决问题的思路。In the process of repairing the EBA valve,it was found that the reverse voltage of the valve exceeded the safe voltage of the drive board,which caused the board to malfunction,burned the control board,and seriously affected the safe operation of the unit.This article will analyze this problem and propose a solution.Method and optimization plan,find the root cause of the problem through on-site tests,find the method of optimizing the control plan,and find the way to solve the problem,so as to avoid the continued occurrence of such problems and affect the nuclear safety,and at the same time provide a way for everyone to encounter such problems.Kind of ideas to solve the problem.
