摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎可归属于中医"湿沴疫",病因病机特点为"湿沴上受,首先犯肺"。"湿沴"之气复杂多变,传变急速,易生坏病,可随地域不同而发生寒化或热化,以寒化为主生寒湿,亦可热化生湿热,还可表现出"毒、瘀、闭"等多种特点。病位主要在肺,可累及肠、心、肝、脾胃、肾等脏腑,以及脑等奇恒之腑。针对确诊病例,推荐使用清肺排毒汤为基本方进行治疗。According to the TCM illness classification,the corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)was"an epidemic disease characterized by Dampness and Cold".Its etiology and pathogenesis manifested was the"Dampness and Cold invasion from oral and nasal and attack the Lung first".The morbid Qi of Dampness and Cold is complex and unpredictable,rapid in transmission,and prone to cause severe diseases.It can lead to Cold syndrome or Heat syndrome depending on the influence of different regions,and in the former case Cold-dampness syndrome would be produced,while in the latter case Dampness-heat syndrome would be produced.It also shows many other syndromes such as"Toxin,Stasis and Blockage".The disease is mainly confined in the Lung,however,it can trespass the Intestines,Heart,Liver,Spleen,Stomach,Kidneys and others,even invade the Extraordinary Organs such as Brain.For confirmed cases,Qingfeipaidu Decoction is the basic recommended prescription.
