基于小肠阴火诊治口臭

摘　　要：中医对口臭病机认识大多归因于火热、湿热,阴火之说鲜有论及。李东垣认为,阴火的产生源于脾胃气衰,可由元气亏虚,气机郁滞,郁而化火所致。小肠主受盛化物,泌别清浊,其生理功能及生理特性失调,均会使人体阴阳平衡失常,故阴火的产生与小肠密切相关。小肠可因化物失常产生阴火,可因泌别清浊失调产生阴火,可因主降功能紊乱产生阴火。治疗口臭当抓住疾病的根本,标本兼治,小肠不能化物者,可选补中益气汤;小肠不能泌别清浊者,可选调中益气汤;小肠主降功能紊乱者,可选升阳散火汤。还可适当选用芳香类药物,升清散火的同时还能清新口气,标本兼顾。The understanding of the pathogenesis of halitosis in Chinese medicine is mostly attributed to Heat or Damp heat,and the theory of Yin Fire is rarely discussed.Li Dongyuan believed that Yin Fire originates from Spleen and Stomach Qi deficiency,which can be caused by deficiency of Yuan Qi,then stagnation of Qi,and then turning into Fire.The small intestine is responsible for the accumulation of substances,secretion and separating clearness and turbidity,and when its physiological functions and physiological characteristics are imbalanced the body′s Yin and Yang balance would become abnormal,so the production of Yin Fire is closely related to the small intestine.The small intestine can produce Yin Fire due to abnormal chemical substances.For example,Yin Fire can be caused by the disorder of secretion and turbidity,and Yin Fire can be caused by the main descending dysfunction.To treat halitosis,we should grasp the root of the disease,and treat both symptoms and root causes.If the small intestine cannot digest well,Buzhong Yiqi Decoction can be used;if the small intestine cannot separate clearness and turbidity,Tiaozhong Yiqi Decoction can be used;if the descending function of the small intestine fails,Shengyang Sanhuo Decoction can be used.Appropriate aromatic drugs can also be used to raise and clear the Fire while refreshing the breath,in which both root causes and the symptoms can be removed.
