摘  要:随着信息化技术的高速发展,国务院提出关于推进“互联网+政务服务”建设的理念。而不动产登记业务是政府政务服务当中至关重要的一环。为了缓解不动产登记窗口的压力,不动产登记网上预约系统应运而生。传统的不动产登记网上预约系统采用单体架构进行设计,存在着诸多的弊端,诸如效率低,维护难,不灵活,稳定性差,扩展性不够等。微服务架构可以弥补这些缺点。论文基于微服务架构的特点及其优势,以及spring cloud微服务框架的特点及组成。将spring cloud框架应用到系统的设计当中,分析了采用spring cloud微服务框架设计系统的优势,从而可以很好地解决传统单体架构系统的缺点。With the rapid development of information technology,the State Council puts forward the concept of promoting the construction of"Internet and government services".The real estate registration business is a vital part of government services.In or⁃der to alleviate the pressure on the real estate registration window,the online registration system for real estate registration comes in⁃to being.The traditional real estate registration online reservation system is designed with a single architecture,and has many draw⁃backs,such as low efficiency,difficult maintenance,inflexibility,poor stability,and insufficient expansion.The microservice ar⁃chitecture can make up for these shortcomings.This paper is based on the characteristics and advantages of the microservice archi⁃tecture and the characteristics and composition of the spring cloud microservices framework.The spring cloud framework is applied to the design of the system,and the advantages of using the spring cloud microservices framework design system are analyzed,so that the shortcomings of the traditional single architecture system can be well solved.
