摘 要:从区域铁路网假设规模的层面出发,对铁路客货运输量、经济发展水平、铁路网规模三者间的关联性进行了深入研究,构建得到了预测区域铁路网建设规模的规划模型。把问题分成二个不同阶段再对其实施求解,第一阶段是通过分析区域社会经济发展情况来确定铁路客货运输量,第二阶段是按照之前得到的客货运输量来计算区域铁路网的建设规模。铁路网运输能力跟运输量之间的适配结果可知,对长江中下游地区的铁路网进行趋稳里程规模进行测试可以获得有效解。结合此地区经济地位以及这一地区建成的铁路网规模与国内总铁路网的占比结果,同时根据此区域经济未来发展趋势,证明该预测结果是合理的。The starting from the level of assumed scale of regional railway network,this paper makes an in-depth study on the relationship among passenger and freight transport volume,economic development level and railway network scale,and builds a planning model to predict the scale of regional railway network construction.The first stage is to determine the railway passenger and freight transport volume by analyzing the regional socio-economic development.The second stage is to calculate the construction scale of the regional railway network according to the passenger and freight transport volume obtained before.The results show that the effective solution can be obtained by testing the scale of stabilized mileage of the railway network in the middle and lower reach⁃es of the Yangtze river.Based on the economic status of this region,the proportion of the railway network built in this region and the total domestic railway network,and according to the future development trend of this region's economy,this prediction result is rea⁃sonable.
