摘  要:针对钛合金圆筒件超声振动辅助拉深过程及影响因素,通过超声振动辅助拉伸试验和超声振动辅助滑动摩擦试验,分析超声振动对TA2板材力学性能及与接触面间摩擦力及摩擦因数的影响。在此基础上对拉深凹模施加超声振动,进行超声振动辅助拉深工艺研究,分析超声振动对TA2板材拉深力及回弹的影响。结果表明:钛合金圆筒件拉深过程中施加一定振幅和频率的超声振动,有效降低了钛合金强度,减小了与模具间的摩擦因数,使圆筒件的拉深力不断降低,有效抑制了成形试件的回弹,有助于钛合金拉深试件质量的提高。In order to study the process and influencing factors of ultrasonic vibration-assisted drawing of titanium alloy cylindrical parts,the effects of ultrasonic vibration on the mechanical properties of TA2 sheet and the friction force and friction coefficient between the contact surfaces were analyzed by the ultrasonic vibration-assisted tensile test and ultrasonic vibrationassisted sliding friction test.On this basis,the ultrasonic vibration was carried out to the drawing die,the ultrasonic vibrationassisted drawing process of TA2 titanium alloy cylindrical parts was studied,and the effects of ultrasonic vibration on the drawing force of the TA2 sheet and the springback of the specimen were analyzed.The results show that in the drawing process of titanium alloy cylindrical parts,applying ultrasonic vibration with a specific frequency and amplitude effectively reduces the strength of the titanium alloy and reduces the friction coefficient between the sheet and the mold and hence the drawing force of the cylindrical part.Besides,under a specified condition it can effectively inhibit the springback of the formed part,and improve the quality of the titanium alloy cylindrical parts.
