摘  要:基于有限元法,用ANSYS Workbench软件建立燃烧弹的结构静力学模型,通过加载火药燃气压力载荷,仿真分析燃烧弹结构强度,用非线性法对燃烧弹圆柱弹体强度进行验证;依据燃烧弹耐压安全冗余100 MPa的设计要求和仿真结果对结构进行改进,并重新校核强度。结果表明:第四强度理论对燃烧弹弹体强度仿真验证说明有限元仿真建模和参数选取的合理性,并提出高压燃烧弹结构优化方案,优化后结构强度满足设计要求,为进一步研究高压燃烧弹密封结构设计、点火单元及研制耐高压燃烧弹奠定基础。Based on the finite element method,the structure static model of the combustion bomb was established by the ANSYS Workbench.The structure strength of the combustion bomb was simulated and analyzed by loading the propellant gas pressure load,and the nonlinear method was used to verify the strength of the combustion bomb cylinder body.According to the design requirements of the pressure safety redundancy 100 MPa and simulation results,the structure was improved and the strength was rechecked.The results show that the strength simulation of combustion bomb body by the Forth Strength Theory(von-Mises)verifies the rationality of simulation modeling and parameters selection by the finite element method.The structure optimization scheme of high pressure combustion bomb is proposed by simulation,and the structure strength after optimization meets the design requirements.It lays a foundation for further study of sealing structure,ignition unit,and the development of high pressure combustion bomb.
