摘  要:为考察褶皱层数对玻璃纤维增强树脂基复合材料层合板拉伸性能的影响,开展无褶皱和不同褶皱层数的试件拉伸测试,基于三维Hashin失效准则和渐进损伤失效理论建立有限元强度预测模型,对比分析试验与数值仿真结果。结果表明:拉伸强度随褶皱层数增加显著降低,铺层全褶皱时拉伸强度降低约50%;拉伸弦向弹性模量随褶皱层数增加而降低,破坏应变随褶皱层数增加而增大;最内侧,基体开裂和纤维断裂是最主要的失效形式;建立的有限元仿真模型可准确预测不同褶皱层数的玻璃纤维增强树脂基复合材料层合板的拉伸强度和失效模式。In order to investigate the effect of the number of wrinkled layers on the tensile properties of glass fiber reinforced epoxy resin composite laminates,the tension test of the glass fiber reinforced epoxy resin composite laminates without damage and with different wrinkled layers was conducted,as well as the finite element models for predicting the tensile strength of the corresponding test pieces were established based on the three-dimensional Hashin failure criterion and the progressive damage failure theory.The test results were compared with the numerical simulation results.The results show that the tensile strength decreases significantly with the increase of the number of wrinkled layers,and the tensile strength decreases by about 50%when all layers are wrinkled.The tensile chord elastic modulus decreases with the increasing number of wrinkled layers,while the failure strain increases with the increasing number of wrinkled layers.The most stress concentration locates in the inside of the resin-rich region.The main failure forms are matrix cracking and fiber fracture.The established finite element models can accurately predict the tensile strength and failure mode of glass fiber reinforced epoxy resin composite laminates with different wrinkled layers.
