摘　　要：运用现代医学思维与中医整体观相结合的方法,探讨中医整体观下脾虚湿阻型单纯性肥胖症病机中脾胃与各脏腑的关系;结合笔者课题研究成果,提出脾虚湿阻型单纯性肥胖症的治法通则,为临床治疗脾虚湿阻型单纯性肥胖症提供理论依据。Using the method of combining modern medical thinking with the holistic view of Chinese medicine,this paper discusses the relationship between the spleen and stomach and the various organs under the holistic view of simple obesity of spleen deficiency and dampness resistance.Based on the summarized relationship,the research group puts forward general principles for the treatment of simple obesity of spleen deficiency and dampness resistance,which provides a theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of simple obesity of spleen deficiency and dampness resistance.
