三焦辨证在大肠癌治疗中的应用体会

摘　　要：受万友生先生《寒温统一论》的影响,根据大肠癌的病因病机、临床表现等以三焦理论为指导,结合八纲辨证进行证型分类,以吴鞠通《温病条辨》的方药为遣方用药的主体,探讨中医药治疗大肠癌的思路与方法,在更好掌握疾病发展脉络的前提下达到治疗疾病的目的。Under the influence of Mr.Wan Yousheng’s<Unity of cold and warm>,according to the etiology and pathogenesis,clinical manifestations of colorectal cancer and so on,from the sanjiao theory,and guided by syndrome differentiation of eight principles to conduct syndrome types,the main body of prescriptions based on<Wenbing Tiaobian>of Wu Jutong,this paper discusses the ideas and methods of treating colorectal cancer with traditional Chinese medicine,in order to achieve the purpose of treating diseases on the premise of better understanding the development of the disease.
