田七祛瘀胶囊联合低分子肝素预防老年股骨转子间骨折术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察田七祛瘀胶囊联合低分子肝素预防老年股骨转子间骨折术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床效果。方法:选取本院80例老年股骨转子间骨折患者,随机分为两组,每组40例。观察组予以田七祛瘀胶囊口服联合低分子肝素皮下注射预防下肢深静脉血栓,对照组单用低分子肝素皮下注射,疗程均为1周。比较两组患者D-二聚体、凝血酶原时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间变化,以及下肢深静脉血栓发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组D-二聚体低于对照组(P<0.05),且凝血酶原时间较对照组延长(P<0.05);观察组下肢深静脉血栓发生率为4.0%,低于对照组的12.5%(P<0.05)。结论:田七祛瘀胶囊联合低分子肝素预防老年股骨转子间骨折术后下肢深静脉血栓效果显著。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Tianqi Quyu Capsule combined with low molecular weight heparin in preventing deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs after intertrochanteric fracture in elderly patients.Methods:80 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observatin group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The observation group was given Tianqi Quyu Capsule orally combined with low molecular weight heparin subcutaneous injection to prevent deep vein thrombosis of the lower limbs,and the control group was given only low molecular heparin subcutaneous injection.The course of treatment was 1 week.The changes in D-dimer,prothrombin time,activated partial thromboplastin time,and the occurrence of deep vein thrombosis in the lower limbs were compared between the two groups.Results:(1)After treatment,the D-dimer of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05)and the prothrombin time was longer than that of the control group(P<0.05);(2)the incidence of deep vein thrombosis in the observation group It was 4.0%,which was lower than 12.5%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tianqi Quyu Capsule combined with low-molecular-weight heparin has a significant effect on preventing deep vein thrombosis of the lower limbs after the operation ofintertrochanteric fracture in the elderly.
