摘　　要：目的探讨依托三甲医院在基层医疗机构开展安宁疗护及效果。方法利用三甲医院技术力量,帮助基层医疗机构培养安宁疗护从业人员,组建安宁疗护团队,制定规范流程,开展安宁疗护服务。对基层医疗机构安宁疗护从业人员、患者和家属进行调查,对该模式及效果予以评价。结果本项目在基层医疗机构创建安宁疗护病房1家、组建安宁疗护团队10支、培养安宁疗护从业人员86名,为226例临终患者提供了高质量的安宁疗护服务;95.35%的基层医疗机构安宁疗护从业人员认同该模式、患者各项需求满足程度达到80%以上,家属综合满意度达到95.72%。结论依托三甲医院在基层医疗机构开展安宁疗护工作,能提高基层医疗机构的安宁疗护服务水平,满足民众对安宁疗护的需求,有益于安宁疗护事业的健康有序发展。Objective To explore the feasibilities and effects of carrying out hospice care in a primary healthcare institution relying on a tertiary hospital.Methods The technical strength of a tertiary hospital was used to help train the practitioners of hospice care,set up hospice care teams,formulate standardized processes,and provide hospice care services in the primary healthcare institution.The hospice care practitioners of the primary healthcare institution,patients and their family were investigated to evaluate the model.Results In this study,one hospice care ward and 10 hospice care teams was set up in the primary healthcare institution;86 hospice care practitioners were trained;226 dying patients were provided with high-quality hospice care services;95.35%of the hospice care practitioners in the primary healthcare institution approved the model;more than 80%of patients’needs were met;the comprehensive satisfaction of their families was 95.72%.Conclusion carrying out hospice care in a primary healthcare institution relying on a tertiary hospital can improve the level of hospice care service,meet the needs of the public for hospice care,and benefit the healthy and orderly development of hospice care in China.
