摘 要:目的探讨以问题为导向的工作模式在整建制接管新型冠状病毒肺炎重症监护病房改造和诊治中的应用及效果,为日后应对突发公共卫生事件护理团队的组建与工作开展提供经验。方法收集2020年第四批浙江省台州市援鄂医疗队和当地护理人员的基本情况及工作开展情况,以问题为导向分析新组建的医疗护理团队在工作习惯、院内感染防护、专业技能及护理文书书写方面存在的问题并进行整改。结果医疗队在24小时内完成了临时重症监护病房改造并进入工作状态,通过一周的运营,很快适应了工作环境,熟悉了工作流程,护理人员配合默契。结论以问题为导向的工作模式应用在整建制接管新型冠状病毒肺炎重症监护病房改造和诊治工作中,效果显著。Objective To explore the effect of the problem-oriented work model in the full takeover of COVID-19 intensive care unit(ICU),so as to provide reference for the organization and work of nursing teams for future public health emergencies.Methods The general information and work situation of the fourth batch of medical assistance team of Taizhou City,Zhejiang Province in Hubei and local nursing nurses in 2020 were collected.Problem-oriented work model was adopted to analyze the problems of the new nursing team in work habits,environment goods,professional skills,and nursing documents.Rectification was conducted based on the analysis.Results The medical team completed the reconstruction of COVID-19 ICU within 24 hours and entered the working state.The team adopted the problem-oriented work model and formed a daily continuous rectification checklist.After a week,the medical team adjusted to the work environment and got familiar with the work flow,and the nurses cooperated well with each other.Conclusion The problem-oriented work model is proved effective in the full takeover of COVID-19 ICU.
