摘　　要：目前公立医院招标采购工作以分散式管理为主,在实际工作中存在一些问题和隐患。为了规范公立医院招标采购行为、保障资金使用安全、最优化满足需求、维护医院合法权益,笔者所在医院积极探索和实践招标采购活动集中管理的新模式,取得了部分经验。At present,public hospitals’bid inviting and procurement is mainly managed in a distributed way,and there are some problems and hidden trouble in actual work.In order to regulate public hospitals’bid inviting and procurement behaviors,ensure the safety of fund use,optimize the satisfaction of needs,and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the hospital,the hospital where the author was from actively explored and practiced a centralized management mode of bid inviting and procurement activities,and gained some experience.
