摘 要:运用现代信息技术,建立互联网线上健康咨询服务模式,以移动互联网线上咨询服务辅助PICC带管患者进行线下健康管理,将PICC带管患者在医院就诊的传统导管管理模式,转变为线上指导患者自主管理的服务模式。为患者及家属提供个性化、专业化咨询服务。线上咨询模式方便患者及家属随时咨询,为医务人员提供更高效的工作模式,充分利用现有医疗资源,提升PICC带管患者的自我管理能力,降低导管相关并发症,延长导管使用寿命。Modern information technology was used to establish an online health consulting service mode,assisting the Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter(PICC)patients with offline health management.The traditional catheter management mode of visiting the hospital was changed to the online service mode of instructing the patients for self-management.The patients and their family were provided with personalized and professional consulting services.The online consulting service mode made the consulting at any time convenient for the patients and their families and made the work of medical staff more efficient.The mode made full used of medical resources,improved the self-management ability of PICC patients,reduced the incidence of catheter related complications,and extended the service life of catheters as well.
