六经辨证在消渴病痹证中的应用及效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨六经辨证治疗消渴病痹证的临床效果。方法选取300例消渴病痹证患者随机分为治疗组及对照组,每组150例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上根据六经辨证采用相应的方药。观察治疗前后患者的中医证候疗效、空腹及餐后2 h血糖(FPG、2 h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、腓总和腓肠神经传导速度、生活质量评分及安全性指标。结果治疗组在改善中医证候疗效、FPG、2 h PG、HbA1c水平,提高神经传导速度、生活质量评分方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论六经辨证能明显改善消渴病痹证患者的临床症状、实验室指标及生活质量,是疗效可靠的辨证方法,值得临床推广。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of the six-meridian syndrome differentiation to treat the arthromyodynia of diabetes.Methods Three hundreds patients were divided into treatment group and control group randomly.Patients in control group received routine western medicine,and in treatment group,patients were used corresponding prescription based on the six-meridian syndrome differentiation and the routine western medicine.Before and after treatment,the clinical symptoms,signs,fasting and 2h after meal blood sugar,HbA1c,nerve conduction velocity,life quality score,security index,and curative effect were collected and analysed.Results The clinical results in treatment group were better than control group,in terms of TCM syndrome improvement,nerve conduction velocity and life quality score(P<0.05).Conclusion The six-meridian syndrome differentiation can improve the clinical symptoms,experimental index and life quality of arthralgia of diabetes obviously,and worth of clinical promotion.
